Kenzie Jenest, MA, AMFT

Associate Therapist

I am driven by the brain's ability to change at any stage of life and every human's potential for growth. My approach to therapy is humanistic, relational, and integrative (because nothing is one-size-fits-all). I will meet you where you are and guide you to where you want to be using existential philosophy and pragmatic mental health science. If you feel stuck or lost, I can help you find your authentic self and bring that out into the world. We can't change the past, but we can change how we relate to it and move forward.

I love working with teens and young adults experiencing anxiety and/or identity, sexuality, and relationship issues. I utilize evidence-based techniques from Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) when appropriate. I also take a whole-body approach that considers lifestyle modifications so you can build new habits that support your process.

Together, we will identify your unique values and find new ways to live in alignment with them. My goal is to establish a relationship in which we can explore your roots and develop greater psychological flexibility. I understand the complex nature of finding the right therapist, and I look forward to connecting and collaborating with you on this journey.
